AeroGulf Services LLC required a bespoke Human Factors training solution to comply with the requirements of Part 145 continuation training. An innovative approach has been taken to merge Resource Group’s commercially available Human Factors Initial and Continuation online training content, with an AeroGulf specific section outlining their recent incidents and reports. AeroGulf required an efficient and timely delivery to ensure their maintenance personnel Human Factors certification remained compliant. We worked closely with the AeroGulf team to understand their requirements, capture their organisation’s Human Factors content and to ensure the end deliverable was in-line with their expectations.

To ensure the course design remained consistent throughout, Resource Group aligned the AeroGulf Human Factors content with the pre-existing Resource Group content. Although AeroGulf imagery and branding have been implemented to differentiate between the sections, the overall navigation and styling has been maintained resulting in a high quality and clean product for AeroGulf.

During the application phase of this development, our designers established and maintained a structured communication strategy with AeroGulf ensuring a smooth transition from plan to build. For an eLearning build, we use the authoring tool ‘Articulate Storyline 360’ by utilising its cutting-edge review features to give the best results. Through all our developments, the learner, the learning outcomes and regulatory compliance are a core focus when choosing the correct approach for delivery.

The feedback we received from the client on both the punctuality of delivery and quality of the course was very positive. Moving forward, Resource Group will be able to update the AeroGulf Human Factors course with the inclusion of any new and pertinent incidents or reports, meaning AeroGulf staff are always learning from the latest content.
